I am looking for the best 6 inch lift kit for the price. This is my daily driver so I want it to ride and handle good(for a lifted truck). I have heard mixed opinions on most every lift so I though I would ask y'all first. Thanks in advance.

Haven't read any bad reviews on the zone offroad lift and its one of the lowest priced ones. What I plan on getting when I scavenge the money

Ranchos are great but only go to 4. My friend has a 6 inch from rough country and hasn't had a problem and hes rough on it.

And Rancho doesnt make the 4" kit anymore for the 04-08 trucks. I went with BDS for my 06, but was also looking at RCX and Zone. I would have went with Zone if getting new front struts wasnt important in my decision. I got the replacement 6" struts instead of the 6" strut spacer. Zone is a sister company to BDS and they are both made in Michigan, USA. BDS has an unlimited warranty that I highly doubt I will ever need to call upon, but ya never know. It is nice to have that card in my back pocket if need be.

It really depends what you want from your kit and if you ever think you will go higher than 6". For Zone and RCX you shouldnt go higher than 6". The drop down brackets are not a full 6" and dont put your angles back to stock. Fabtech, Pro Comp, BDS, and Skyjacker will allow you to use up to a 3" level in addition to their kits (as long as you dont get the 6" spacer with the kits originally). If you just want to sit 6" higher in your truck then RCX and Zone are great kits from what I have heard and read.

I had no problems installing my BDS right out of the box. Everything fit really well with the stock parts and all the holes lined up perfectly. I researched this exact question along with what kit will fit my wheel setup for over 3 months. I am very happy with my decision to go with BDS. I just advise you to read up on as much as you can about every kit and any questions you have, call up the companies and they are there to help. I called every single manufacturer and they answered every question I threw at them. Good luck.

Oh and my truck now rides much better than my truck with the 2.5" level. It is most likely due to replacing the front struts that had 94k miles. Also, the rear shocks too with 94k were replaced. I dont have any problems going over bumps at highway speeds or any roughness out of the rear end when going over bumps. I am pleasantly surprised at how well a lifted truck rides.

Nooooo stay away from them I worked at an Offroad shop seen soooooo many of these lift break just driving down the street. Cheap left and don't ride well
