03ford4x4, try taking the sway bar off. It flexes way better and handles much better offroad. But there is some body roll. The sway bar basically prevents front articulation.

I don't off road that much anymore but if I do I will try it. Did you leave yours in just disconnected or did you remove it?

I couldn't just disconnect it so I just took the whole thing off. I took the muffler off too just cause I had nothing better to do.
