Default BDS lift kit VS Procomp lift kit

I am wanting to buy a 6" lift kit for my 2012 f150 FX4 and dont know what lift to go with. Either pro comp or BDS. I have heard BDS is the best. expensive but the best. and I have heard procomp is garbage. but the price is a bit better.
I use my truck and will be putting it to use on the farm. I need a lift thats going to take a beating and not break. thanks

Personally I dont like pro comp. You also have some other good names out there too. If I could redo my truck Id probably go with Fabtech.

bds. especially if you are going to use it at your farm. the biggest and best part of bds is they guarantee their lift kit. if something breaks they will replace it. any other lift kit out there if something breaks it is up to you to fix it.

I would look into Icon also. Maybe not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I had one on my f-350 and it was amazing! If I ever get a lift again it would be from Icon suspension.

Icon only makes a leveling kit with coilovers for the f150. Not a full suspension lift.

But if you was to combine the icon coilovers and uca's with a full suspension lift like BDS you sure nough would have a good lift kit.lol

I have the Bds kit with icon uca's and king coilovers but that's not the point lol. This guy said Bds is expensive, he's not buying all that.

thanks for the input.I will be going with BDS since i have only heard good things about the lifts. heydustin do you need the leveling kit as well to run 37's without problems? i know the kit calls for them but seems like a stretch for a halfton.

It will all depend on your wheel width/offset if you will need a leveling kit but more then likely I would say yes you will need one.
