axle and suspension help
I got an 88 f150 inline six 5 speed 4x4. Right now I'm running 33's with 0 lift with the stock axles. I need some help on figuring out what axle set up I should use front and rear and suspension to clear 37s? I tried searching through Pirate 4x4 looking for some answers but I can't find anything what I'm looking for. Any help would be fantastic.

Keepin' the lights on!
How are you going to use the truck? If your just cruising around on some trails, just a lift kit will do. Either 6" with some trimming or 8" kit will work. If your going on some hardcore trails or rock crawling then a solid axle swap will be your best bet. Maybe even 3/4 ton axles. With 37s your going to at least want to install some lower gears. 4.88 or 5.13 should be ok. It all depends on how your going to use it and your budget.

It's going to be a daily most of the time with weekend outings nothing too insane. and what gears would be better for mileage without bogging the motor down?
