Yeah I sure do! Go through mud as deep as my axles and up steep hills! Not as easy as 4wd but if youre smart about it and careful, the right clearance and momentum will get you there! My 03 super crew is lifted 7"/5" and I love it.

We can do anything that a 4x4 can, it just takes more skill on our part.

Your skill won't make the front tires turn, and the front tires have much more traction than the rears on a pickup
I've owned both and there is no comparison, 'skill' really doesn't have much to do with it

I agree! I can go places In 4x4 that your 2x4 would never go! Places where you can't get a run at it, or where you need the steer tires to grab!

The thread shouldn't have been a competition, but these type of threads always seem to turn into one when guys that drive 2wd trucks start making all sorts of ambitious claims.
Even on a dry grassy hill, what if there's no room at the bottom to get u to 88mph ?
It just doesn't make any sense.
Anyone that has owned both 2wd and 4wd trucks knows that there is really no comparison at all between the two

2WD are capable- just not as capable. Just play it smart, know your limitations, and be prepared to get stuck, then pulled out by a 4x4 amidst a crowd of jeering onlookers
But seriously- go have some fun with it. As long as somebody is around to get you out of a bind if you get in one, there's no reason not to use it. I used my 2WD for a lot of years offroad to our fishing destinations and hunting grounds with little problem. I just was cautious about my lines- and usually ended up having to take a more round about way than the 4x4's.

Sounds like a guy a few months back that claimed he could wheel his SportTrac anywhere our Jeeps could go. Got a chuckle out of that also.
