Default Annoyed my new 35s only measure 33" tall

I'm dissatisfied with my kenda 35 x 1250 r17 tires. When I put them on my truck they didn't look right. They're barely taller than my stock tires which measured 31" tall. The 35s I bought only measure 33" tall. My rims are 17 x 9. Just wondering if it's normal for them to

35" tires measure 35" when they have zero weight on them. Sidewalls sag when you start putting weight on them, fact of life. Depending on the rating on the tires, some will sag more, some will sag less.

Yeah but these are measured no load and full tire pressure. Brand new tire 35s shouldn't measure 33 on a standard width rim. There's such a big difference in price between 33s and 35s. Seems like I got nothing more than a readbadged 33 for a high price.

I paid for 35s and would expect them to be 35s regardless of brand. Kendas are a common atv tire brand and they also make mud terrains for trucks. Im curious for next time i order tires.... what do some brand name tires actually measure compared to their stated size?

Always check the spec sheet from the manufacturer. "35" = 34.5 actual.

Most 35's measure 34.5" and 34's measure 33.5".
