Default Repetitive Toyo Open Country A/T XTs

Hey guys, having a little issue right now that I could use some help with. I've searched a butt load of threads about the Toyo oc at2s extremes and can't seem to find a direct answer to my question. Seems like a common debate between the 275/70/18s and the 285/65/18 xtremes. I currently have a 2006 screw leveled on the rancho quick lift and have ran the ****ty factory BF Goodrich rugged trail (second pair since it left the lot) and have tried to drive them until they blew. Few buddies of mine have the duratracs on their trucks and I'm impressed with how they look and perform in the snow right now. Originally I wanted to go with the goodyears but the guy that im dealing with (small local tire place that's been around for over 75yrs, would be paying a bit more but I like to keep my business local and plus they'll replace any damaged tires for a brand new one for the lifetime of the tire) has them on back order but had the Toyo oc at2s on display. Now my last f150 was lifted 6inches with Toyo oc mts and I can honesty say between mud and asphalt got ~50k out of them before they were shot so I'm a happy Toyo customer. So I decided to go with the at2s not knowing that what was on display was the xtreme sizes and agreed on ordering the 275/70/18. Checked them out yesterday and I was pissed. I want the aggressive look of the xtremes regardless of weight differences mpgs etc. I'm doing my best to keep this truck small and if I were to change the rims im not doing it unless I'm lifting the truck and going all out. So my issue is this, can or should I say will the 285/65/18s fit stock 7.5 inch rims? Toyos website recommends 8.0-10.0 but then their other xt sizes I believe one was the 285/75/18 which is taller can fit a 7.5 inch rim. Has anyone put the 65s on stock rims? And if not, would tucking the 75s under the leveled front end work or would it look like garbage? Also I'm aware of the weight difference in the 34 inch tire. Would prefer the 65s lol. Thanks

Actually.. looking like the 295/70/18s are the way to go. A bit shorter than the 285/75s and seems like most of the 295/70s are on the 09+ models. They should fit 04-08 models the same(clearance wise UCA and bumper plastics)?!

I had 295-70-18 on my stock rims for a few months before I got new rims on my '07. They were MT's but they never rubbed on anything that couldn't be trimmed a little bit.

Couldn't find toyos in stock in the US to save my life so I went ahead and pulled the trigger on 295/70/18 nitto terra grappler G2s. So far so good. Click the picture to see more pics if anyone wants anything specific just let me know! No rubbing issues at all.
