Hey there, just got a 92 f-150. Just wondering what body lift and suspension you guys would recommend. im looking to go 6inch suspension 3 inch body and is there anything on the truck you would replace right of the bat that i should be aware of? Thanks

Wow how Big of Tire you going to? And Rancho with extended radius arms! I have rode in a few different broncos with this lift kit.

I had the rough country kit on my bronco. One shock failed within a month. Eventually swapped out almost the whole kit piece by piece. Ended up with ProComp full lift springs in the rear, still had the RC Nitro shocks. The front ended up with Dick Cepek extended radius arms, superflex coils, Rancho shocks, and still had the RC drop brackets.

Overall, I wouldnt put in blocks for the rear, go with full springs. For the front, DEFINATELY go with extended radius arms. The RA drop brackets are known to cause cracks in the frame from the extra stress.

I've never heard anything bad about the Superlift for 80-96 years. I have heard of issues with the 3 inch body lift though.
