Default 92' F-150 4" lift input?

I just got a 92' F-150 4WD, Reg Cab, Short Bed with 4.9L, T18 4 Speed, currently has 31x10.50, 15" tires.

Want to run 155/85R 16 tires (basically 33.5"x10") 4" lift, Bilstein 5100 shocks, lifted rear springs (no spacer blocks) and front suspension lift with components that will maintain stock (or close as possible) angles.

Thinking of something along the lines of BDS 4" lift (not the one with radius arms) but not their shocks and rear lift block & pieces.

Any suggestions about this set up and what company to use? Not looking for bargain priced or grade, want good proper made components. It's being built as a long term truck.

Cheers, Allen

PS, Building F-150 is new to me, I was into Land Cruisers before, everything is a bit different & I have a lot to learn. :-)
