Default Help with lift/alignment issues

Hey guys. New to the site. Used it a few times when I was 5.0 swapping my ranger but back for help on my friends 07 f150 4x4.

He bought it with a 6 inch pro como lift and 2 inch leveling block already installed. While replacing brakes and tires this week the shop manager told him he needs to get an extended control arm in order to properly align his tires. The set currently on the truck is destroyed up front so that makes since. That being said I know nothing about f150 suspensions. Is he correct? Is this because of the leveling block? And if so where can I source control arms to fix this?

6" lift and a 2" leveling block is pushing limits, but if you go here:

You can get some aftermarket control arms.
