Default 2009 cc suspension

Just bought an 09 f150 crew cab 4x4, looking to do a 2.5 inch level in the front and not sure what i want to do with the back. I had a 04 f150 that i had put a 2 inch front level kit on, i was happy with it however as soon as i put a trailer behind it the truck would sag= not happy. Ive done some substantial reading on the site here and other places and i guess I am looking for some input on what I am thinking to do. The goal is to end up with a slight amount of rake after everything is installed, and not to break the bank with parts.

I was thinking I could do the 2.5" front strut spacers (they were easy to install on my 04) and then do the add a leaf kit to the back which says you gain approx 1.5". I figured instead of just doing a block in the back i may as well gain some payload capacity in the process hence doing the add a leaf. does that sound good?

How much stiffer will the ride get with the extra leaf in the back?
Do the add a leaf kits come with new u bolts or will i even need them?
