leveling kit on a 94 f150 4x4
I have plans to purchase leveling spacers and go with 33's. I have read mixed reviews on alignment trouble once the spacers are installed. Do you normally need the camber kits when using spacers? Ive also seen a 2.5" leveling kit online with a few drop brackets . I assume there are no alignment problems with those kits because of the drop brackets for the front axle...??

On that twin-traction beam suspension, ANY change in height due to spacers will cause camber issues, or at least the need for an alignment. It's been a long time, but if I remember right, the max you should lift the front end, and still be able to align it with camber bushings is around 2 inches.
The drop brackets will definitely help, but don't forget you also need the drop brackets for the radius arms.
I've done several full lift kits on these trucks. Although they aren't THAT hard to do, they are a bit of a PITA because all those brackets are riveted on, (bolted on an f250) and need to be ground off. The lower coil spring bolts are tough too.
Anyway, my recommendation is, if you're gonna lift that truck, do it with the full kit, and do it right. Don't piece it together. Probably be cheaper in the end anyway.
Another suggestion... bf Goodrich makes a 33x10.50x15 tire that will fit your stock rims, with no lift, and only rub on the radius arm a tiny bit at full turn, in reverse. Just have to space the front bumper out about 1".
