Default 4 inch lift

Any of you guys have any real good luck with a 4 inch, i would go 6 but I have the 4.6l, I'm just searching for what's the best rancho, rough country, and etc. Thanks for any feed back.

I hear the rancho is nice but the rough country is really cheap and average quality

If it's between Rancho and Rough Country, I'd go with Rancho. You can get the Rough Country kit for ~$1300, or the full Rancho kit with RS9000XL shocks for $1,775.74 and when you include the $500 rebate, it's only $1275.74. :-)

I have a 6" rough country on my 4.6 and I love it!!! And way cheaper than a rancho!

Idk about your truck but for mine the rough country comes with 4 shocks and its $999.99. Also its a lot closer to 5 inches then 4

Yup, if the truck is older, Rough Country is cheaper. I think Rancho only goes back to 2004, IIRC. Still, if the difference were ~$200 to $300, I personally would go with Rancho.
