I dont drive rough, or at least try not to, but there are many places around here in Southern California where even going 5-10mph will cause the front end to bounce off the ground a considerable amount. Mainly trying to get to shooting ranges on BLM land. My $50 3" level has held up to all that abuse close to a year so i'd imagine rough country would be strong enough? I'm not really willing or capable to dish out another thousand for the same product with a different name, yet... Haha one day

Haha I hear ya man. My truck goes through hell having to cut across a cow pasture trying to catch up to calves so I can tag them. I would more than likely get a leaf spring rear lift but that's only because I wouldn't want my rear axle left behind me either. But here again if and when I get a lift for my truck I'll be taking it a little easier. So more or less it just all depends on your driving style.

Adding leaf springs to the back, good or bad for towing? My boat (well project boat, rebuilding the motor right now) has a wet weight of ~9,000 pounds. It drops the bed about 3-4 inches when its on my hitch!

Better for towing than a block, but having an extra leaf- I am thinking I might try bags next time. The extra leaf is awesome for loading heavy though

An add a leaf (extra spring) will lift the rear end a bit, but will also alleviate the bull dog appearance when you have a load on. Honestly- it was a great investment. The reason I would try bags next time is because it's stiffer than OEM for sure. I am on the fence though. All in all, best $180 bucks I've spent. The block will only raise it- but retain your OEM spring strength and rate which, if lifted or leveled, will put your headlights to the sky if you load it down.

So obviously i could combine the block or the lift, and spring for "sag" when towing. $180 is dirt cheap. Pretty simple instal? I don't like paying to get work done if i can do it. Cheaper, and its fun!

Real easy to install, and you won't need an extra block. Just keep the OEM block. The leaf lifted my rear about 2", so its got a little rake still. I can load that thing like crazy and it doesn't droop.

Install was a cinch. Just make sure you clamp your existing pack. Your original ubolts should be fine to re-use as long as they aren't too gravel beaten. Also- get your thrust angle checked when you're done.Threw mine out a bit. The alignment pins aren't perfect
