Some people claim yes...It can be done but its not recommended by most bds can do it with the fox coils but you loose some travel and ride quality heydustin has 37s on a bds 6" guys also do the 6" with a 2" level on top of the strut for 37s Also depends on your wheel specs and what you will be doing with the truck
Use the "search" function man thats what its there for..

It can be done with the right wheel, but it will be a tight fit

Yes. 37's are IMO too big for half ton IFS though and a bit big for the differentials too. Your asking to break a ton of front end parts. Get an f250, some 37's and have 0 problems. Or settle for 35's

On my 03 Supercrew FX4 I ran 37X12.50s for 50K miles then added a little more lift and installed 38X15.50s and ran those for 70K before selling the truck.

It can be done but as it was said it does wear out front end parts quicker. I was swapping out idler arms ALOT! But being has the 04+ don't have idler arms that's one less thing you have to worry about.

If you don't mine poor MPG or swapping out ball joints and tierod ends go from it. As far as axles, I had 4.56s and it was supercharged and I did ALOT of drag racing and never had issues with the axles.

2.5 spacer but rides rough now. Aal in the rear that's good but going in on the 27th for the rize kit install so I can get the travel back. Had a two inch spacer in that rode good but when I went with the wide wheels I had to go up
