Default 35x12.50

Will 35x12.50 fit on my 2008 f150 with 2" ready lift leveling kit? If so will they rub?

They'll rub. IMO it's not a lot, only when you cut the wheel at full. They rub because of the width, not the height. Height wise, they're fine. My truck had a 2.5 inch rough country level and they didn't rub from flexing, just when the wheel was cut the insides rubbed at max turning.

No, not really. Most of your rub will be the inside of the tire rubbing on suspension components. Get a narrower tire or deal with it, it's not that bad and it's only really when you cut the wheel as far as it will go. 12.50 is as wide as you want to go for sure though

What's a good size that won't rub but still has a good height? I'm running 275/65/20 on it now just want something with better height

I have 295-70-18 (34.56x11.73) Nitto trail grapplers that I ran on stock rims for a few months, not sure what a comparable 20 inch rim size is. But I had the level and tires put on by an offroad shop and they put on the work order "minor trimming might be needed". Whatever they did I can't notice the trimming and the tires never rubbed anywhere.

Umm 2WD or 4x4? Gotta be a 4x4 if you have 275/65/20s right now and think there's room for more lol.

If you have an AT right now, getting the same size in a MT would jump you another 1/2". 295/60/20 Trail Grapps, while on paper are 33.9", are actually ~34.4 (IIRC). Also, nearly every Nitto and Toyo tire runs almost 1/2" bigger regardless of on-paper size. Their 12.5" wides are 13.4" wide too, so don't get those. Personally, I wouldn't put 35x12.5s on cause rubbing is annoying as hell. And they likely would rub the suspension components because of the width and the extreme backspacing on the stock wheels. Trimming don't fix that.
