The only real problem will be width. You will have to get wheels with a pretty big offset so they won't rub and they will stick out really far. The height isn't a problem, it's still not a 37 inch tire. I'd suggest a 315/75, that's pretty near a 37 but narrower. I ran 315's on my truck with minimal rub. 355's are far too wide though.
