3" level

3" level
Hi im new to the forum i have a issue that hopefully you guys can help with. I have a 2012 4x4 lariat crew cab. I had a 2.5 leveling kit on it (rough country). I didnt like the way it sits i find it sill sits just a hair lower in the front with the 2.5 kit. I just recently removed the 2.5 and put a 3" on and the truck has bump steer which Ive read is normal with the 3" level kit. My main concern is the truck rides horible, Ive had several 4x4 trucks and it by far rides worse than a chevy with the torsion bars cranked up to me. Is there any advice i can get from anyone or is this just the normal ride for a 3" level? It takes every bump like a rock. I have 35x12.50x20 inch toyos on it if this is needed to know for any further help.
Thanks

I recently installed a 3" "Tuff Country," not "Rough Country" lift. It comes with a new upper control arm that maintains the factory geometry. If you watch their installation, found here http://www.suspensionconnection.com/...-lift-kit.html, you will see the truck still has the same factory low front end. The whole reason for purchasing these "leveling" kits is to have a level truck. My solution to fix this was to remove 1" from the 3" blocks that shipped with the kit. My truck now sits nearly perfectly level.
I also exchanged the OEM shocks out for the Bilstein 5100's while I had it apart. This allowed me to not use the 1/2" aluminum spacer ring that was included in the kit. I simply raised the ring on the strut up a 1/2."
Obviously a alignment was needed after the installation. I also had camber adjustment kits installed.
