Default Ranch hand grille guard and winch?

Anybody have an idea how I could mount a front winch and retain my ranch hand grille guard? Truck is an 04 F150 with a 6" zone lift. I have no idea if a front receiver hitch would work with the brush guard. Right now the only thing I could think of would be to weld a winch plate onto the brush guard, but i'm not sure if that would be strong enough or if it would just rip everything apart if I tried using it. Any insight from a seasoned member would be highly appreciated.

I had the same problem, had a grille guard but wanted a winch. In the end I gave up on guessing and took the guard off and put on a winch.
