Default 285/65/18

I have 265/70/18 tires on my truck right now and would like to replace them with 285's but bfg doesn't make 285s with a 70 aspect ratio only a 65 so my question is can I put 285/65/18s on there without any issues?

If your truck is a 4x4 they will fit OK using the stock wheels.

a hair shorter and 3/4 " wider

265/70x18: 32.61H 10.43W
285/65x19: 32.59H 11.22W

or you could do:
275/70x18: 33.16H 10.83W
