Default 2011 Ecoboost 8" Rize lift

Well It was time to buy a lift.. I contacted Rize industries about a 8" lift for my 2011 FX4 Ecoboost. I Was told they dont offer it yet. I was offered a chance to be the first with the kit. They need my truck for 3-4 weeks to design the kit. Dropping my truck off next week!!
After they design the kit they will be for sale.
Bought some 22x11 Fuel hostages with 37x13.50 22..
Stay tuned for pics!!

They are giving me a nice discount since I will be first. Not sure on the cost with out the discount Ill let you know when I find out. Also the standard kit doesnt come with rear traction bars its a upgrade. I will have front and rear traction bars.

I'm guess I'm confused as to why they are having to design this kit. Did they not already offer an 8" kit??? I know a guy on the other forum has the 8" Rize on his 2012 FX4 but I think I read somewhere in his post that they were no longer producing them. Is that what happened and that's why they have to design them again? Just wondering.

From what I remember there kit was for the 04-08. I think someone made that kit fit the new body but I'm not 100% sure on that. I can't wait for this kit to come out because odds are this is what I'll be going with for sure.

Not sure according to them they dont offer the kit for the 10-12 cause the steering is different. I contacted them directly to buy a kit and when Gio offered me a great deal I couldn't resist. So they can design the kit. Im dropping off the truck Friday driving from here DFW to Cali..
Tires and Wheels came in I couldn't help but try see what they look like.

Wheel and tire combo look great! Going to be a bad mammajamma with the 8" on there. DFW to Cali??? Man that is a drive!

Have you thought about painting that white trim around your taillights? It would do wonders against your black paint. I did it to mine and it makes a world of difference. Below is a link to one of the how to threads on here.

Here is also a link to a thread from the guy I was thinking of that has the 8" on his. It's a 2009, not a '12 like I had thought, but still the same.
