2007 F150 Prerunner Project
I just got a 2007 F150 Lariat SuperCrew with a 6.5 ft bed. It's on 33in Toyo M/T's. My long term goal for the truck is to prerunner it, as i prefer internal over body damage. I'm on a tight budget right now, so I'm looking for suggestions! I just took it down to Johnson Valley this weekend with my Off-Road Club and it did really well. I've attached a picture of the truck in its current state. All suggestions are welcome!

Congrats on the new truck.
What is your budget? Do you have a 2wd or 4wd?
I have a 2007 running our Bajakits Prerunner kit.
Boxed Upper and lower arms paired with a King 3.0 Raptor Coilover - this kit widen my stance by 3" per side and gives me 12" of wheel travel.
Big Plus, this is a direct bolt on kit.

You can spend from $10K up to $150K
Only a few things can be done in stages with a Prerunner set up.
Wheels, tires and fiberglass.
The Upper and lower arms need to be purchased as a set and can only be installed as a set.
The shocks are custom and need to be paired with the upper and lower arms.
To get your truck to where my truck is at, you will be in around $8K and my truck only has Front Suspension, rear King shocks, FiberwerX Fenders, wheels and tires
If your budget is only a couple grand, that will only get you shocks or only get you wheels and tires. Either save to get to your overall goal or get a suspension kit that will fall into your budget!

The cheapest route to a mid-travel truck of your year group is to grab 10-14 Raptor take off parts and do the labor yourself.

You said it yourself in post number 4. You said $10,000 to $150,000 to build one. So either you are contradicting yourself in this post or just trying to sell your stuff. Probably the latter.
Let's take the purchase price of anywhere from 10-14k for the truck a conservative 8-10k for the suspension, another 2k plus for paint and body work (unless you want in the white fenders to look like early a 2000's bro from so cal) about 2k for the gearing (the op has a 4wd so two gear changes and raptors come stock with 4.10's) 1k for the 315's or 35's, (equal to what the raptors come with stock) not to mention the value of the 6.2 over the 5.4 just in terms of horsepower and torque and you have close to $30,000 tied up.
Like I said just buy a raptor and be done with it. Better interior, better engine performance, better infotainment stock, better front end and better looking overall with no ill fitting fiberglass, Ford spent millions developing the raptor, it works and works well, why go with a hodgepodge of aftermarket parts when the real deal isn't much more once you factor in all that is needed to get at the same level or slightly better?

The real deal lol. On the raptor ******* much?
To OP there's no way to build a Prerunner for a few grand. Even a cheap front suspension kit running a single coilover is going to blow through your budget. 4.6s numbers are pretty accurate as far as what you'll have into it. Just off the top of my head I'm thinking I've got around $12k into the front Longtravel kit with shocks, another $5k in the rear, 2200 in gearing, 800 rims, 2000 tires, front clip $1000 bedsides $500, around $6 k in fab work. Cab cage and seats for another $7-8k will be done soon.
