I went to a shop and they told me I can't adjust my torsion bars..I have a 2002 f150 fx4

K, Heres a pics of the torsion key and you can see the adjusting bolt on the left side. You just turn the bolt on both sides evenly till you get to your desired height. Then get a alignment afterwards.

Yea I got under there and tightened them all the way up but I can't really tell the difference they were already tightened3/4 of the way anyhow

Ur welcome. Did you tighten them up equally on both sides cause both sides will not have the same amount of bolt sticking out
