Default 2000 f150 lift

I have a 2000 f150 super cab step side 4x2 rear wheel. I was wondering what size lift I should get and tire size. I was thinking 4 to 5 inch suspension lift with 35 inch tires but I'm not sure. Any thoughts?

In my opinion there's no sense in lifting a 2wd truck unless its gonna be a show truck, if you wanna take it off road get some lockers and a front drive shaft and you'll never get stuck

We all get stuck sometime or another no matter what. If you want to lift a 2wd it's your truck go for it.

definitely agree with that one. go ahead and lift a 2x4. nothing wrong with it. Its your truck if you wanna do it go ahead. unless you have great fab skills or a butt load of money to throw at it, I'd say your better off just lifting it to your liking.
