that really close to my tire size but I've got 3.55s and I can feel a bit of a performance hit because of them (mostly due to the added weight I think the tire alone is 62lbs). I'm not sure they'll be any more fun with 3.31.

I dont see it as a damage thing, more of a performance thing. If you ever tow, I definitely wouldn't. But if shes just a commuter truck then you might be able to get away with it. If you had an eco id say go for it, but the 5.0 is a different story

Yeah I didn't really think about that. I guess I'll just get a leveling kit and probably buy a nice set of BFG KO 2's with my factory 18's. The pic below is running 305/65/18's (33.6" tall) with a 2.5" leveling kit. I would love my truck to look like that haha, and it's by far my cheapest option short of leaving my truck stock.

Well, I'm pretty sure I decided on the Rough Country 2.5" leveling kit. I've always heard of other people hearing bad things about Rough Country, yet I've never actually met anybody with issues. I've ran Rough Country everything on my previous trucks without ever an issue. My buddy has a 2014 F-150 XLT 4x4 with the RC 2.5" leveling kit and hasn't had any issues, rides just like factory. I had RC's 2.5" leveling kit on my 2011 Ram 1500, no issues. I think I'm set there haha.

2" level with 285 65 20's and 3.55 gears. I didn't notice much performance decrease to be honest, but you can always get a tuner, and/or have that 34.6" tire if you decide to go with a 4" lift. These new trucks are quite a bit lighter as well so that helps.

Do you know how heavy the KO2s are in that size? They (or the R/Ts or ST Max) will be replacing my Trail Grapplers

Do you have any rubbing issues with that big of a tire on a 2" leveling kit? That's the exact same tire, size and all, I had on my Ram that I traded in for my F-150, LOVED it! If I can get the 20" King Ranch wheels I want, that's definitely the tire I'd get. I keep reading of people running wheel spacers so they don't rub, but I've only had 1 experience with those and it wasn't good. Then again, they were cheap spacers off eBay, so that probably didn't help.

No rubbing at all brotha, in fact they will fit without a level as long as you have OEM rims with stock back spacing and no wheel spacers. I don't have wheel spacers and I'm very happy although I only have around 4000 km's on them. They're ultra smooth and ultra quiet, and I've had quite a few different sets/brands of LT "E" rated tires to compare them to.
