Default 2.5 inch leveling kit

Hi, I am new to this forum and have a question/issue. I have been looking through threads and found some useful information but I am still unsure of what route I should go.

I was first looking at a 4 inch rough country lift for my 4x4 2012 platinum so that I could fit 35's but it looks like I may be able to do a "autospring" kit and still fit 35's. Any thoughts here? I am totally new so exact specs would be very helpful and any pictures as well!

I would also like to make sure it fits in my garage once I am done. I have 84 inches exactly of clearance and it looks like the truck now sits at roughly 75/76ish inches

Please let me know your thoughts and ideas.

On my last truck I had a 2 inch Rancho quick lift level with 325/50R22 (34.8") tires. I cleared 6'8" underground parking by 2-3 inches. So you would be around 78 inches if you went with a level with 35's.

I had a 2" level and added 35" Trail Graps. The side lugs rubbed the UCA at full lock. That was the only rub, until you left pavement and then it was a rubbing machine. Just too much tire for the space, felt like the tires were rubbing through the well anytime I hit even a slight hole. Installed 4" lift a month later and couldn't be happier.

The extra .5" may make a difference but I suspect any off roading will be the same experience I had.

Do you park in a garage, I was wanting to get a 4inch lift but wasn't sure on height. I do think I would have to go with 33's and a 4 inch to make it under 84 inches for my garage.

Don't have a garage at my house. I did fit into a parking garage over the weekend in which the clearance bar said 70". Don't know how accurate those bars are though. The bar at our beach condo says 72" and that sob hits my windshield.

When the rain lets up I'll take a tape to my truck and see what it measures.

That would be very helpful and I would really appreciate it! My garage is 84 inch exactly at its lowest point so I'm willing to go 83 at the most lol

What truck do you have?

Does anyone else have any measurements or conflicting advice?

Ole miss, what are the tires metric size? (sorry for the noob question)

35x12.50-20 is the inch tire size?

Ex.
310/60/r20 **maybe?**
