from the same guy I bought 8 for 120....I just wanted 2 but that sounded like a great idea to a noob...I have sold 4 of them and put the other 4 behind my grill... i cant get them to be aimed properly, all over the place. compared to my buddies 4 hella 500's on his roof, his wins in brightness and overall look. mine are starting to rust pretty good and arnt bright at all. they WILL be replaced when I get my center console with 4 Hella 500 FF's and when i get my prerunner bumper (that I will be custom fabbing up) i will also have 4 more on there at the bumper height. ya it seems like over kill....but it will look sick and unlike anyone else!!!

i completely agree. that will look sick when youre done. as of right now i have 4 from the same guy on top of my truck that are the same problems you are talking about. and ive got two behind the grill that are little 55w hellas and they destroy all four 150w snappy lights...

I like your idea Arice about the fabbed steel to mount to, I might look into that, as far as hellas compared to "snappy lights" I'm sure theirs no comparason in quality but they sure are expensive. I figured since they were marketed as some seriously bright lights that they would be killer but I am only moderately impressed by them. If I got hellas, could I use the same wiring I already have or would it be better to use the wiring that comes with those lights?

if your hellas come with a harness....use it. most likely it will be better than the snappy crappy. my friend at wal**** is giving me a deal. the 500FF's that cost 68 bucks...he will maark down to 50 a pair, just for me tho

in the grand scheme of things 70 bucks for a pair of lights is not bad. i only gave 20 for my two hellas that are behind my grill but thats becuase i bargain everything haha. honestly i dont think the wire will be much different between the two sets. i cant promise anything because i didnt get a wiring set with my snappy crappy lights. and im glad you were moderately impressed. i was highly pissed by the performance of his lights. there is no way they are 150 watt lights.
