Whats a good size tire I can run on a stock '11 FX4 18in wheel?

I don't want anything crazy, just want to fill up the wheel wells a little better and maybe get a little bump in mileage. I have a 3.73 rear now in my Ecoboost. Best I'm doing mileage is 15.6-16 running empty on cruise at 70. I have several other people I know with 3.55's getting 19-21.

The only tire i know of thats any taller and not 10ply and much heavier than stock would be a Bfg rugged trail in 275/70/18. Its what comes stock on a titan pro4x. Its 1 inch taller than your stock tire without any more width and the tread isnt aggresive enough to hurt either. With that said, u cand buy alot of gas for what a set of new tires would cost unless u need new ones any way. Not even sure if they would help, maybe a little if u spend alot of time at 70+mph

I run Michelin MS2s in my Eco 4x4 crew with 373s. 275/55/20. I get 18+ in city/highway mix. I can get 23mpg at 63 mph over 200 miles. I keep it 70 most of the time, 75 rarely to get that mileage.

Anything taller is heavier and will get you less mileage.

Resonator delete. I loved how it sounded without it, except it droned in the cab. Had an aftermarket 3" resonator reinstalled instead of putting the factory 2.5" back on. Drone is gone now.
