okay, this is probably going to start a bunch of hatred towards me, but oh well. i dont see how how there are STOCK TRUCKS for the nominations of the totm. (and no, plastic wind deflectors, light covers, neons, stickers, and even the good ol' long strip brake light do NOT count as 'mods'.) for top truck i'd like to see nominations w/ stuff done like, motor work i.e. cammed out, or one off port and polishing, or new intake manifolds, and stuff like that. a K&N drop in air filter does mean 'exstensive motor work'. i wanna see trucks w/ altering the suspension like making lower or lifted or traction bars, or anything like that, but NOT half a**ed. i wanna see some body work like molded hood scoops or shaved tailgate and door handles, but to where to cant see bondo all over the place and the whole truck matches. to me, drageeeaazzy should have won this month by default. im not doggin on anyone's truck by anymeans, dont get me wrong, the other two trucks are VERY nice trucks too, but they're stock. im not saying my truck is all great and mighty either, because even though ive put a lot of time and money into it, its still a 16 y.o. truck lol. im just sayin, if the truck is gonna be the TOP TRUCK of the month, it needs to be a TOP TRUCK. not a stocker. sorry if this made anyone mad.

Your opinion is noted

Any truck should be eligible. It's the votes and opinions from everyone on here that count.

If we voted on trucks that were "cammed out, or one off port and polishing, or new intake manifolds, and stuff like that" we would not be voting and many trucks at all and TOTM would last a month or two.

yeah, i know. i didnt mean literally cammed out and stuff like that. but a drop in k&n air filter should not cound as 'motor modifications' just like would window tint shouldnt count as 'body work'. i dont know, i guess im just one of those 'built not bought' guys.

i agree. I really just put my truck in the running to support the TOTM thread. Ive bought some things for my truck to make it look nice and they do preform but ive also only had the truck for about 6 months.. Im a 20 year old college student and I have a mustang that I restored to prove I know how to do some body and engine work. All the engine mods are great for trail rigs and pavement princesses that like to show off what they have under the hood. yea a bolt on air filter might not constitute engine work but it does allow me to take the filter out and spray it down when i get home from the mud.. I think the truck of the month thread should more or less be about the owners and their passion for their truck rather than the show and go factors everyone is looking for. Very nice trucks to everyone here.. Thank you everyone for the votes and I cant wait to see December's TOTM!!!!
