Default Will 305/65 R18 BF Goodrich All Terrains fit stock 2010 18" Chrome rims?

Hey Guys,
I'm a newb here and am interested in installing 305/65 R18 BF Goodrich All Terrains on my 2010 F150 XTR Stock chrome rims. I have NOT installed a lift kit or have made any alterations to the truck.

1- Will they rub up against anything?
2- any issues you see with this?

I need some answers as I am buying some tires this week.

I think those rims are 7 1/2" wide. The tires you're considering are 12" wide. The tire would be "distorted" to the point of a balloon effect. The tread wouldn't contact the pavement properly and wouldn't look good either. Also they are 33.6" tall and without a leveling kit I wouldn't go taller than 32 1/2. If your rims are at least 8 1/2" they'll fit better. Also your truck looks to have less rake than others so a taller tire might fit. Find someone who is more familiar with the XTR model and check your wheel width.

To wide for the wheel. Need at least an 8.5" wide wheel.

I've seen some members run that size tire even on the previous generation trucks. Not the best idea on the stock 18's but a lot of guys have done it with no major problems. A 2 inch level ought to clear them. I ran some 315x70x17 BFG's on my '04 Lariat on 17x8 wheels and had no problems at all with them. A 9 inch wide wheel should be ideal for those 305's.

From the picture the front already looks leveled.

I ran that setup with a 2" level and a 1.5" spacer for 2 years. There was no problem at all with the tire fitting the wheel and it wore perfectly fine.

Cool story... Too bad you don't know what you're talking about and your opinion on the aesthetics isn't really helpful to anyone.

Pissing contest anyone? Let's see, the three posts above yours recommended at least an 8 1/2" wheel. Nuff said
