Wheel/Tire Help please - Just bought truck
Hello all - just bought a 2004 SuperCrew XLT with 4 wheel drive (yesterday). I have just ordered the wheels that I want for it and they are 18x8.5 with +25 offset.
My goal is to put new tires on the truck that give it a bit of an 'off road' look. I do not want to put a lift on the truck, so I have to find the maximum tire size (maintain good looks) that will not rub or look 'ballooned'
Can any one offer any input?
I am thinking that 285/65/18 or 285/60/18.... Not sure if this will work or not.
Many thanks for your input.

Welcome to the site!!! Is your truck completely stock or do you have a leveling kit or any kind of lift kit on it??
If you're completely stock I think the biggest tires you'll be able to fit on it is 33's.

Inaugural TOTM
The Nittos are very nice tires as are the BFG's and the Toyo's. I have Pro Comp Xtreme AT's on mine and they are a very nice tire as well. Very aggressive looking tire yet very quiet on the road.
