Wheel and lifting advice for 2010 Lariat
Hello,
New to this site, as well as to modifying p/u trucks. Finally broke down and purchased one (last one I had was a '76 F150 when on the farm as a kid) and am looking to customize a bit.
I have a 2010 f150 Lariat 4X4. I would like to lower the wheel diameter to 17's or 18's.
I do like the American Racing Crush wheel style, and was looking to add some larger rubber.
Could someone whom is familiar, give me a hand with this?
Looking at wheel size 17x8 (or?).
What offset would I ideally need? Wanting to put a lift or level kit to raise 2.5" (should this just be the front or front/rear?). Would like to have 305 or wider tires, 70 profiles. Would this work?
Anything else I should really be considering? Brake clearance, etc?
Appreciate it.

Welcome rcoppens!
Im new hear too
You can go as small as 17" on our year vehicles, nothing smaller.
Unfortunatley the American Racing Crush wheels are discontinued.
The closest to that look would be the Moto Metal MO951
It can be found on wheel pros website (check my sig).
Without doing an actual 4'+ suspension lift i would go with the 18" version of the wheel as it has the proper offset for factory or leveled f-150's. The 17" is only offered with a 4.5" bs or -12 offset which is a little to much for our trucks with mild lifts and without actual suspension lifts.
For your set up i would run the MO951 18x9 +18 offset wheels which will give you the desired look you are going for.
I have ran a 305/70/18 on my 2.5" leveled 07 lariat with only a rub when backing out of an incline and full lock to the left. I was also running factory lariat 18" chrome clad wheels though.
Dont know how aggresive you are looking at as far as tires go...?
A newer part From nitto is N201-130 which is a Nitto terra grappler
295/70/18 measuring 34.3" tall would look good on this set up.
Hope this helps some
Any more questions feel free to ask me
