Default Wheels with offsets

I have a 2012 f150 4wd with a 2" front level kit. I've got stock ford 18" rims. Running 305/65r18 BFgoodrich ko2 a/t I think(35"). I want to buy aftermarket wheels. Found some I like. But they are -12mm offset. Does anyone know if these -12mm offset will work and not rub? Thanks!

I'm pretty confident with that width and height then adding that offset will create problems. I have the same setup and was informed of "minor trimming but doable" for 305/55/20 (33" tire) with a -19 mm offset. Could be wrong but I'm skeptical it'll end well. Hopefully someone that has or wanted the same tire size with similar offset chimes in and let's you know their experience.
