Default Trucks with 35s

I'm looking at upgrading my 33s to 35s and need some real world measurements. The reason for this post is I read that BFG 35s run closer to 33s and don't want new tires in the same height that I currently have

If you could give the printed size (315-70-17 or 35x12.5x17) and the actual height mounted on the truck that would be great.

Go to BFG's web site and look at tire specs.. they show actual size mounted on 8.5-10 " wheels.

But they don't. I read too many posts on jeep and tacoma forums about the 35s running close to 33" and even some of the 37s were barely over 35".

Unfortunately I don't know specs, but here are some pics if that'll help you. They don't look too huge on the truck, but hell are they big if you take the tires off to change something haha. Details in my sig...

Looks pretty good. How far out the side are they sticking? My rims only have a +10 offset so they'll be tucked a little more than yours.

Mine are a +18 so yours will stick out just a hair more than mine.

Sticks out about 1".

Just FYI, the dimensions listed on manufacturers websites are the diameters including the bulge of the side walls. That's why they always measure out less when they're actually mounted on your truck from the ground up in a straight line. Because we measured differently than the manufacturer does.

The 35x12.50x18 bfg k02's on my truck measure exactly 34" but I'm only running 40lbs of a possible 65psi they are top rated for. Load range E. That's on 9" wide wheels.
