Default Need help with new OEM wheel well liners

Can anybody help...

I received the OEM wheel well liners for my 2011 F-150 and they arrived last Friday with no instructions or installation parts. I've been trying to get this resolved with the internet vendor and am not having complete success.

I got a box today with a bag containing 4 bolts (with thread locker) and 2 clips, but no instructions. I'm not sure I even got all the parts needed.

Can anyone verify if these are the needed parts and does anyone have a set of instructions they could post here, scan and email, or fax to me?

Thanks in advance....this has been a PITA.

John

awesome....thank you.

I didn't receive parts "E" and "F". The seller replied that Ford states I only need 2 each parts "C", and 4 each parts "D" for the install. I can't see how it would hold together without the 4 "E" clips at the bottom of the liners.

Now to try to get the remaining parts.

Default Kudos to PileDriver73-outstanding forum member

I wanted to post a huge thank you to forum member PileDriver73 for his assistance in getting the correct hardware for this install.

The ebay seller sent my wheel liners zip tied together with no packaging and they arrived minus the installation instructions and the hardware. When I called them to complain, the customer service rep said the baggie containing the parts must have gotten separated from the zip tie. Really, does anyone think that this is just sloppy service?

Almost one week later after several phone calls and emails, I receive a partial hardware kit, missing 4 needed clips and 4 replacement bolts. Several phone calls and emails and they responded that Ford says that they sent me the right parts.

PileDriver 73 sent a PM and offered his help to get what I need for the install. He sent both the old (2011) parts kit and instructions and the newest (2012) parts kit and instructions, which is the one I needed for the install. He only asked that I reimburse him for his UPS shipping and actually sent the parts before I could send the money.

This is a truly stand-up forum member and I am grateful for his help.

This is a nice place to get help.....

Glad to help. There's a lot of good information and help on here, and it keeps getting better the more people "pay it forward". Don't worry about sending the other set back, I already replaced the sets I snatched.

How do the liners look?

Really cleans up the fender area and should be standard equipment from Ford. I'm thinking this will keep a lot of debris from getting up into the inner bed crevices and protect the metal long-term.

Thank you very much...
