Question Tire Questions

I have a 2002 Supercrew Lariat that had 265/70-17 BFG A/T (old style) in a C-load range, I have since replaced them with 285/70-17 ProComp Extreme M/T D-load range. I now need tires again and the ProComps have been great, but, they are LOUD, and seem to be riding quite rough lately.

I cannot seem to find an AT Tire, in a 285, in a C-Load. I really like the NEW BFG KO2, but they only come in E-Load.

Question: Will the E-load ride worse or about the same as the D-load?

What are you running for Load rating in your 1/2 ton Supercrew?

I don't have a comparison across the load ranges, but I'm running 265/75/16 Cooper Discoverer ATP on my '00, and it rides incredibly smooth.
