On a side note if I stay with the stock rims, are there any other tire sizes I can change to so I have a larger tire? I have P275/55/r20. By larger I mean wider such as a 305/55/r20?

I also started looking at leveling my truck so I'm thinking I could go a bit larger like 305/70/r20. Man this is a lot more than just buying tires.lol

Non leveled... Non 4WD... your stuck at a smaller size... leveled and 4WD you can get away with up too 35’s with some trimming.

Another vote for Duratrac's. Excellent grip in dirt, mud and snow.

I have 4wd, but it's non leveled. Would the 305/55/r20's fit? Or do I need to level it? HUge learning curve here, sorry for the dfq's

I haven't seen a noticeable difference. That's another reason I went with the P rated tire, it weighs less than the LT.

cool, as I'm still in a learning curve I can't help but wonder if a 295 vs 305 would "look" better. Any thoughts?

Toyo open country A/t's did me good, had enough traction, and they weren't super loud.

Default Need New Tires

I have a 2011 F150 4x4 with no leveling or lift kits. Still have the original P275/55R20 Pirelli Scorpion ATR tires and they need to go. I want an all season tire that performs well with snow and ice. Looks like the new BFGs are a prime choice. I don't off-road or haul heavy loads. What about going with a taller sidewall or should I stay with the current size? Would a taller sidewall provide a better ride? What is your guys' opinion on this issue? Thanks.
