Default Thinking about buying 20"s

I was given my fathers old company truck about a year ago. Its a 09 F150 King Ranch and its completely factory. The stock rims look fine and it has always had the BF Goodrich KO1's on it. I like the look of the semi aggressive slightly larger tire. However I was wanting to get some new rims for it. One thing I am worried about to the ride height difference. I don't want to lift my truck any. I'm not a fan of the ridiculous stuff most teenage guys do to their pickups. I'm a large fan of subtle yet clean.
So my problem is this. If I was to keep factory height and switch to a 20" from the factory 18"s and run a lower profile tire would that roughly keep the truck the same height its at now, and how would that look? I cant seem to find pictures of people who run 20"s and stock height with no other modifications. I dont want to spend that kind of money and regret doing it.

Stock height front with factory block in the rear removed, factory 20's with 305/50 Terra Grappler G2's/

Sits just about perfect height. I'm 5'9" and don't have to jump up to get in it. I realize it's a generation behind but not a lot of difference in the way they sit suspension wise.

Completely stock with same size tires. With rear block.
