Offset help
Looking to purchase new rims , I have 33x12.5x20 tires already , I would like to push my wheels out farther . right now they don't stick out far enough , I have bushwacker flares on and would like them to stick out at least to the flares . I have a 2" level on the front . currently running 295 75 17's on but its time for some new shoes for the truck ! What offset would I need to make them even with the flares? Thank you in advance !
Going to go with a 20x9 rim , would I have any rubbing issues ?

I have a set of 17's on there now , they need to come out 1.5-2" . the lip on my current rims is about an inch . the guy at kal tire said a +1 would bring them out to the flares but I am getting different answers everywhere 😅

You're probably looking at a -12 offset, somewhere in that range. You definitely want to stay negative if you want your tires to stick out. You might rub on the crash bars (if you have a 15-16 Super Crew), which can be cut our or pushed outward. It'll be close either way.

The answer is in your current rims... get their offset, then measure how much the current rim is from sticking out where you want it to be (in mm), then subtract that from your current rims' offset to find your new offset.
