Default Nitto Ridge Grappler 35's

I have had several different tires over the years. BFG Mud and AT, Nitto Terra Grappler, Terra Grappler G2, and Trail Grappler. When I said the first pictures of the new Ridge Grappler I was very impressed, they looked perfect. I was finally able to snag some yesterday. I was looking for a 35, and had previously purchased 295/60R20 and 295/65R20 as I didn't really want a super wide tire. That's when I noticed the Ridge Grappler came in a 35x11.5R20! Perfect size for a half ton truck. I also decided to stay with a 20x9 wheel because most 20x10's stick out more than I like with more aggressive offsets.

So here is my setup, 20x9 0 offset Moto Metal MO970, with Ridge Grappler 35x11.5R20. After having them installed I must say, these are the best tire for the F150 or other half tons. Aggressive looks, nice sidewall, and in my opinion they are more quiet than Terra Grappler G2, and much much quieter than Trail Grappler. The installer at Discount Tire said they were the easiest off-road tire he has balanced before, and worked his way through all 4 with no problems. If you are considering the Ridge Grappler, or a mix between mud and all terrain but don't want the noise, I would HIGHLY recommend the Ridge Grappler. The only variable left to be determined is how many miles they last, but so far my favorite tire that I've owned.

Forgot to mention, the truck has a Readylift 2.25" level. I did have to spread the crash bars a bit with a porta power, and a little plastic trimming but nothing major

I only paid $280 each for the tires, not bad at all for 35's on 20" wheels.

I see simple trimming was required. Is your 2wd or 4wd? I'm looking at same setup.

Thanks! Mine is very similar....2016 FX4. I had placed an order for a slightly different setup but after I seen your post I changed the order today. Your truck turned out really nice. I was using the same exact tire and tire size with a 2.5 BDS leveling kit, but with a 20x10 with -24. Your stance was perfect so I changed to 20x9 with 0. Thanks for posting pics! U saved me from making a mistake.
