Default New BFG AT KO2 Blowout

I just had 4 new 275/65/20 tires installed yesterday and had a blowout on one of the fronts this morning. Couldn't have had more than 50-60 miles on them. Traveling around 70-75 mph the low pressure light came on and within few seconds I started to feel it pull to the left and before I could get to the shoulder it blew. Wheel is ruined and damage to plastic parts in the wheel well, front air dam, and fender flare. I also have all kinds of warning lights. Can't wait to see what Discount will do about all the damage. I don't think I should have to pay for it.

Holy crap! Glad you're alright. That sucks. I agree, you shouldn't have to pay for any of the damages. Especially if the tire had less than 100 miles! That's insane!

That must have been a manufacturers defect or installation error and I would go back to where you got them and try and get satisfaction. I would also contact BF Goodrich customer service. Take lots of pictures and save your receipts with mileage and take a shot of your odometer.
Good luck!

Glad nothing else happened. This sucks as I picked up a set of ko2s last night. Good luck with the repairs.

Got a letter from them saying that they aren't going to cover any damage.

That's ridiculous. Who installed the tire? If it was an installation error then it should be on that company. If not, I would keep pestering BFG to get them to pay reparations.
