Default Method NV 18x9 & KO2s

Just got my new wheels and tires from tire Rack. Everything looks great. However, Tire Rack shipped them at 80PSI (the max). It only took me a mile to figure out what the issue was.

On a side note, my 2015 F-150 with Sync but no Nav recognized the new TPMS sensors automatically. Didn't have to go to the dealer or a shop to get them to re-learn!

Wheels are 18x9 with a -18 offset
Method NV Machined Finish

Tires are 275/65/18 - stock size

i love my NV's also, but i think you have the +18 offset they look sucked in too much to be -18. a negative offset out make them stick out.

You're right +18. I park at the airport and have a narrow garage, so going wider wasn't really a choice.

About 500 miles in and they are nice a quiet and ride well. A little rougher than the stock goodyears but I am also running them at 44PSI.

The NVs are nice, but there is an overhang between the fake deadlock lip and the fish of the wheel. They collect water and it doesn't drain. I can imagine this winter getting all the salt and slush out of there manually. We'll see.

You are 100% right on the lip. That is actually the reason I am replacing them with the method roost's. Love everything about the look of the NVs but when it freezes in the winter and causes some vibration.

Bummer about having to replace them. I am up in the twin cities and hope to see how it goes for the winter. My truck staying in a warm garage all winter, so I might be good. Who knows. I can always throw the OEM wheels on if it gets bad.

I wish I had that option, one of my stock wheels started to crack so that's why I ended up with the methods.

What area of the cities do you live in. I'm straight south on 35 in albert lea.

I'm on the east side of the metro - on the border of MN and WI.

Did some bumper and lighting mods that you might find interesting. Check my other posts for those.
