Default I need help with finding wheel sizes!!
Does anyone know if 2004 ford escape limited wheels, lug pattern 5x4.5 will fit a 1998 ford f150?

No it will not fit. Wrong bolt pattern. 5x135 is the bolt pattern for your F150.
