How much are these chrome Roush wheels/tires worth and should I sell?
Hi, I have a friend who is really wanting to sell his rims/tires off his F-150. He got the truck about a year ago, and wants to sell them now.
They are 20" ROUSH chrome rims. They come with 275/55/20 tires with about 75% tread left. The rims are in superb condition.
I have honestly not seen these rims on any other F-150's at all...but maybe I'm just not looking close enough.
My question is whether or not you guys think my friend should keep trying to sell these? ...and if so, what's a fair amount? My friend was wanting about $1400 for them, saying they were like $500-$600 new per rim, plus the tires makes them about $3k new.
And if anyone thinks I should sell and IS interested, just PM me because he'd like to sell them asap.
I have attached pictures of the rims/tires.
Thanks.

Really?? I thought the ROUSH rims were really expensive. And he hardly drove the truck...they're in like prestine condition (as are the tires)...
I was thinking maybe $1400 was a little high...maybe more like $1200 or so??

Those wheels are roush, however they did not come off a roush truck.
Those are the stock wheels from a chrome edition f150. Roush trucks have roush center caps. I bet he won't even get 800 for them. There is a guy here selling his 23" custom painted saleens for $1100. If I had the cash those wheels would be on my truck asap.

Okay, I guess I'll tell my friend he's dreaming for $1400
But I do have one last question...my dad has a Mustang GT that we converted into a Saleen...the Saleen 20" chrome rims with Pirelli tires (to make it look as real of a Saleen as possible) costed $700/rim and $500/tire...(however this was back in 2005)
I'm not sure where people are getting BRAND NEW sets of 20" chrome rims and tires for $1400 new...where as my dad's were $4800.
But that's my last point.
I guess I'll put the price at $1100...these seriously are very very very good condition rims/tires.
