Default Decided on wheels, but need help with tire size

I think I've decided on Fuel Coupler wheels "D575 20X9 +1 offset". I'm not sure what to go with in regards to tires.... I'd like something a bit taller than a 33/12.5/20, so was thinking maybe a 295/60/20. Could I go as big as a 35/12.5/20? My truck is a 2015 5.0 screw 4x4, and I have a rough country leveling kit. I'd rather not mess with the crash bars, but not sure if that is avoidable. For tires, I'm thinking about trying Atturo Trail Blade XT's. I don't need a full on MT, so thought these would work well. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would stick with the 295/60/20 with the +1 offset

Thank you. I was kind of thinking the same. I really don't want to have to start cutting crash bars & trimming plastic. I have a feeling I would have to if I went with the 35's....

and will be surprised if you don't have some rub. It will be close especially if you have mud flaps.

How tall are your spacers?
