Cooper Discoverer STT Sek3
Are the Copper Discoverer STT Sek3 tires any good? I've been looking for some new mts soon and I stumble across these. I never really noticed them before or looked for the name, but for the price, I just have to ask. I seen them on DiscountTire.com for $284 a tire (35x12.50r18). I'm looking for a cheapish set for now, probably to last for the next few months, then whenever I get my next set, I'm wanting the Nitto Trail Grapplers.
I see Cooper getting some good reviews on other forums, they look pretty cool to. Just want to see if any one here with a F150 has or tried the MTs.
How well do they grip/pull in mud?
Good life of them?
I've read they are a little noisy? (I don't mind that)
What's the wear on them?
Pics would be nice and helpful.
Anything will be helpful... Actually interested in getting them. I had Toyo MTs 35s on my other truck, and Mud graps in 35s before too. I'd like to try out something else.
I'm gonna keep searching the web on reviews/pics of them as they caught my attention from looks, price and size I want and the reviews.

I had these on my old truck in 37x12.5r17. Loved them, and especially for the price i paid back in '08 ($1085 shipped to my door). They aren't anything special when it comes to mud/offroad performance when you're comparing them to any other radial MT. They all seem to perform about the same IMO. The times i tested them out they did very well though. I probably had close to 30k on mine when i sold my truck and they still had good tread life left. With proper inflation/alignment/rotation i would expect 45k+. Very quiet for how aggressive they are. They did get a little noisy after they got some wear on them but that was bc a couple started to cup bc the truck couldn't hold an alignment. Would buy them again if i were looking for an MT tire.

treaddepot.com has them in stock (35x1250r18) and are $265 a tire + $107.70 on shipping to where I am. Totaling out to be $1168 for 4 tires and shipped. I'm thinking that's a good deal...

You might want to call Discount Tire Direct, they ship for free in the United States. They don't have them in stock right now, but if you call them they will order them directly from Cooper and have them shipped directly to your door from the manufacturer.
