Default BFG KO2 - 275/60/20 on stock 2013 FX4

Hi guys, I would just like confirmation on BFG K02 tires - 275/60/20 if they will fit with no rubbing issues. I found on the forums a 2009+ wheel/tire fitting guide and looks like others run this same configuration.

I have a stock 2013 FX4 4x4 5.0L 3.55 SCREW 6'5 Bed, no level, stock rims / tires are 275/55/20. I do tow a 5/6 times a year a campers 5k lb. I will have helper springs in rear same time I install tires (they provide no lift).

Note: My local tire shop has them as same prices as 55 ..so figured I would go a little bigger with 60s.

Thanks in advance,
Ron,

From what I've found 275/65r20 will fit with no issues. I'm a similar boat but my spare is an 18 rim. I need to find out what is the largest size tire that will fit in the spare tire well.

I'll probably have to put the spare in the bed.

I'm running 275/60/20 duratracs. I do have a 2" level but I'm nowhere close to rubbing. I'm confident you won't have any issues with that as its only about an inch larger than the stock 275/55/20.

They are 1" taller overall, which is 1/2" in radius. So 1/2" taller from the wheel centre to the outside edge.

I have still not decided if I should go with these are stick with the stock size....

I have a 2006 FX4, originally had the 275/55r60 tires. Not same year truck but should be similar.

I put 275/60r20 on them(cooper ZEON LTZ), with a 1" level. Looks good. I did the 1" because I needed new shocks anyway so I got the Bilstein 5100 and put them on the 1" setting.

From the looks of it, I would say even without a level you'd be more than fine, it's barely larger then stock.
