Off-topic alert: only because I've been talking to y'all on here a while, is a cold air intake worth getting? and if so, what's a good one that doesn't break the bank? I will be putting exhaust on in the future, but I need to buy a quick mod to satisfy the itch while I'm studying for the bar exam haha.

If you just hacked off the old muffler and had a new one welded on with it dumping below the truck, that should be cost of muffler + $50. I don't like how dumps sound that much though. A shop around here will do a knock-off SIDO and duals for around $300, but they get rusted up right quick, and that's in Texas!

I've got some little SIDO system on mine and it's holding fine. It was on when I bought the truck 4 years ago. No brand on the muffler. Had a shop replace the chrome rolled tips for some slash cut stainless steel for $60. Called about getting a system done for my dad once for Father's Day and told me around $500 for SiDo and $300 for muffler swap which I thought was pretty high.

Mine are $75 a piece But I got them as part of my catback kit, no way I'd buy those individually at that insane price. Cheaper 304 SS tips are really worth the money though, cause normal metal ones look like turd after a week.

Go duals if you want the sound, but that's the only reason why. Actual true duals sound much better IMO, but a SIDO gives the looks for less.
So tires . . .
