Default 4.5" Max Trac Lift Kit & Toyo Tires Opinion

I'm working with a company here in Houston, TX called "All out Off Road". They do really extreme Trucks mostly but regular street trucks too. This lift kit is a happy medium for me where it's not to high and will still allow me to get it pretty much level and into the garage. The rear will actually be approx. 1/2" higher or so. I wanted to run this plan by you guys and just get a 2nd opinion.

Here it is:
MAX TRAC 4.5 IN. FRONT /3 IN. REAR SUSPENSION LIFT KIT W/ SHOCKS for 2WD, and also change out rear shocks to but haven't finally decided on which ones yet. Then choose my 20" x 9" wheels with a +1.0 offset. Then mount Toyo Open Country A/T II ON-/OFF-ROAD ALL-TERRAIN LT295/60R20 tires.

Max Trac recommends 5.75" Backspacing. Does that equal +1.0 Offset? Because that's what he told me to get when I buy rims.

He said this setup will work great on my 2wd truck, and will still maintain pretty much a factory smooth and quiet ride (which is important to me) It also won't put any other than normal wear & tear on other suspension parts.

Price so far without rims approx. $3K.

My truck is a 2015 f150 XLT, 2wd, 2.7 Eco. I don't offroad and I don't tow anything other than a small 10' utility trailer a few times a year with hardly any load. (see attached pic of my truck before any of these mods)

Tires: LT295/60R20

Rims: Haven't chosen yet.

Oh, BTW...My current tires & rims are:
• Stock 18” Chrome PVD Rims
• Tires are 265/60R18 or 30.5 x 10.8
• Mileage 5,400
Do most places give a trade-in on these and if so what should I expect to get for them?

Not sure if you have gotten any feed back but I have a 2015 F150 XLT Sport Super Crew with a max trac 7" front 4" rear. XD series misfit 18" x 9" O offset 5" backspace with 285/75/r18 Nitto Terrra grappler 2's. Its a daily driver and like you I tow a 10' utility trailer every now and again. The ride is great but with no weight in the back in can get jumpy on ruff roads or over railroad tracks.
