4.10 or 4.56 for Upcoming Lift and 37's
Hey everyone, I am looking for some insight. Background is I have a 2013 EcoBoost 4X4 with 3.31 gears that I have been wanting to lift for quite a while and have finally decided to go through with it. Here is what I am wanting and have gotten a quote for
Rough Country 6"
37*13.50*22 Toyo open country MT
22 x 10" Fuel Mavericks with -22 offset
Here is where it gets tricky, the guy was telling me that with this setup I needed to go with Yukon 4.10's to place me close to back to stock ratio. I was thinking about going with a lower set like 4.56's. What do you all think and what is a decent price? I was quoted $1918 total for front and rears and from what I am reading that seems to be on the high end. Do you think I could get away with keeping the 3.31's or would it just drag a##? Thanks

It would drag *** and probably end up costing you a tranny. Depending on how you use it. In my opinion I would go with the 4:56. They are for 35-37 inch tires the 4:10 is more for 33 inch tires. I'm not Sure on the pricing but from what I've seen seems pretty high

Seems like pricing is reasonable depending on what brand of gears they use. That varies quite a bit from region to region.
I have 4.56's on 35's. I would do 4.56 for 37's without a question.
